Pros

It was like a family, most everyone pulling for everyone. Of course it had it's few dissatisfied 'family members' but overall a positive place to be.

Cons

Sad to see a lot of the long time good employees lose their job with the new management. So sorry to hear customers not getting phone calls returned and taken care of.

Pros

When the times are good they are pretty good (those are few and far between these days). The benefit package is hard to beat. This is an awesome job if you need work till something better comes around. Lorri is a god send. Some people still go above and beyond behind the scenes to make things work. For the most part this job is what you make it.

Cons

Management, management, management. Have you ever worked for someone with no natural leadership skills? Welcome to Beehive. Current management are the kind of people who constantly remind you that they are the boss and make the decisions. Firing of late has happened entirely without warning. One day your working the next your unemployed. Travel, travel, and more travel. Most of the service locations are in parts of the state most Utahns have never heard of. There is absolutely no room for advancement. NONE. Professional development is non existent here anymore. You will stagnate in your career field by working here. Money is tight for things the employee needs, but an expensive office remodel? Why not!! I will end this by saying, if you keep your nose to the grindstone and mind your own business than you will probably do well here, and that's not a bad thing. However, if you have ambition and look to grow in life keep looking and good luck!!
