Pros
Coworkers were some of the kindest, most talented people I've ever had the pleasure of working with.
Cons
Employees are underpaid and overworked, constantly having to bend over backwards to accommodate the ever-changing whims of tyrannical leadership. Senior management suffer from a severe case of FOMO, constantly trying to copy what other brands are doing instead of sticking to their roots and being original. The brand constantly brags about how "kind" they are, even claiming kindness as a secret ingredient in their products. However, this is nothing more than a marketing gimmick. Behind closed doors, leadership is condescending, egomaniacal, and unprofessional. Certain members of upper management are allowed to behave unprofessionally and, at times, are downright rude to subordinates with no repercussions. When these concerns are brought to HR, they respond that they “can’t change so-and-so’s personality. Raises and bonuses are rarely, if ever, given. When employees ask for them, they’re told it’s “not in the budget”; however, there always seems to be plenty of money for influencer events and unnecessary launches. Creativity is not encouraged or respected. Your job is to do exactly as leadership tells you, and if you dare offer your insight or have a voice, you'll be ignored and at times ostracized.
