ready to do 60+ hours per week 6 months straight because they manage to fail every step in the making of a video game ? beenox is for you ! you won't create anything new and fresh here ... remasters and outsourcing other activision sudios. Prepare to have to hide the world what you do at beenox . You make the hard work , other studios take the pride and money. leads have no knowlege ... at all it's all politics You'll see some high ranked personel hiding in their office , because they don't have anything to do when other studios lead the project, but get paid an insane amount of salary and bonuses just to send a mail a week, not even related with projects. and you cant post your work online or say anything you're working on because activision dont want public to know nothing is made locally, so you'll never be able to showcase your skills. Poor salary even for a senior.

-huge overtime culture, threatening employees to do more OT is not acceptable -poor management -Favoritism, people that are friend with the ''right'' people will get what they want -The studio is heading in a way to become a ''support-only'' studio. -No real training available, very hard to level up your skills -A lot of lay-offs
