Cons
The org is scrambling for functional operation and a functional internal tech stack. Sales team must fight the company every month to be paid commission. Middle management is emotionally volatile which makes for a scary and abusive day to day atmosphere that is unpredictable and unsafe. This is normalized at the company so no one takes issue and you will be forcefully gaslit you if you behave outside of unspoken expectations. Directives come from upper management as bare commands with zero education or support, so middle management is under tremendous pressure with no way to succeed, and this trickles down to all. Upper management does not have a background in tech and does not know how to manage a tech company, but everyone is too scared to push back. Archaic social and cultural norms prevail which needlessly hamper productivity and progress, likely because management lacks fluency in tech. 100% onsite requirement with refusal to have office in more central urban location. Prepare to go way out to the boonies every single day you work here. It’s an agricultural product wrapped in tech and will only stay popular with farmers on the current trajectory.
