Pros

Definitely a place for me. I personally really like the organization. I worked for several companies in this field and experienced them all. By far, I am happy with BFx the most, because their clinical structures are well organize. Strong clinical team and administrative team. Drew and other administrative staffs do care and follow through with their offer. They do set a clear and high expectation with all staffs which may sound a little bit strict, but that is the reality of work. I actually see those expectations are true learning opportunities. They are flexible in many different ways. You just have to experience it, to see it. If you are looking for a place to grow professionally in this field, starting out as a specialist, I definitely recommend BFx. Their clients are diverse population. I see lots of potential in them and in myself just for being a small part of them. The office work environment is nice. Office is clean and many goodies for staff to enjoy during break time.

Cons

Every agency has it own pros and cons. From my own personal opinion, as the company continue to grow there will always be area that the company need to improve. Just like me too. I always like to keep an open mind and explore it myself to I give it a try. I like both the company's pros and cons. Their cons are the opportunities for me to bring in ideas and strengthen my skills.

Pros

Staff and clients are great to work with.

Cons

Management is very unorganized. A lot of paper work to be done daily for every case. Drive to the office multiple times a week. Very high turnover.

Pros

Meeting different clients and working with the families

Cons

This company needs so much work. They are missing key ethical values that a company requires. They look at the kids as dollar signs and don't actually care about providing quality service. This was not my first time working in the field, so I had other companies to compare BFX to. The contract that they have for BCBA supervision hours is the most unreasonable and unfair contract ever. When I interviewed, I was so impressed with the CEO I felt confident that this was the place for me. But on my first day, I realized that I had made a mistake and that it is not what I had been thinking it would be. Employees do not feel appreciated, work for free because non-billable is too difficult to receive, but they can't speak up for the fear of being reprimanded. People get fired left and right and when you ask about it, you're shushed and told to not say anything in front of owners. Too much office politics, and overall a really uncomfortable place to work.
