The kiddos and learning a lot about ABA and autism in general. Learning life skills while also teaching them.

Helping children, but no pros about the organization itself.

Cons

Agree with previous reviews; disorganized and run poorly. Much nepotism present; several family members at high levels. Family memebes who perform poorly do not receive the same consequences as normal staff. There have been family members who would be fired if they were normal employees. History of very high turnover rates due to poor environment.
