great patients, involved and helpful ST and OT leads, company transparency, good starting position for new grads, woman-owned business
Cons
day-to-day micromanagement from owners, apparent favoritism toward specific employees, frequent drama among coworkers, quick staff turnover (especially RBTs), reactive with issues
The clients are amazing and so is the staff, the senior staff is very knowledgeable and open to your opinions and ideas to help the clients.
Cons
Don’t rely on the benefit plan. I got hurt and was short term disability and got “let go” from my position becuase I could not work with clients. This completely goes against the purpose of having benefits like this. Not to mention I was on short term disability for 4 months and did not receive a single dollar from the short term disability company. Did the company owner not sign off on something or were they just withholding my pay?
