Pros

Interview was very easy. Although training is not sufficient when starting afterwards and supervisors do not support you consistently.

Cons

- Company hired family members and gave them speedy promotions and positions when they had no proper training. - No H R to protect rights of employees. Policies are different for each person, one person who is favored more will not be given the same repercussions as the next person that is not as favored. So say a client is late but you are on time and you get cut in pay and hours because the client was late however another person will keep their hours and pay for waiting for the late client. Or when a person who is sick and misses work will get reprimanded for not having a note after being sick for a day while someone who is favored is not even asked for a sick note. When many employees do not have medical insurance to go to a doctor to get a note to suffice people in charge. - Also, if you have car issues they will get a ridesharing app for you to go to work but not to get home after work ( which by the way violates hippa) you should not be taking a ridesharing app to a clients home address and the company should not be paying for such violations. Supervisors violate hippa also by wearing shirts, and bringing backpacks with the company’s logo and if neighbors see the logo and look it up then that violates the clients confidentiality. Also, don’t even try and make friends at work because all employees are given different information and agreements so if you say something that is different from what another employee knows or is agreed to you will be reprimanded. You will hardly get the opportunity to grow in the company unless the supervisor you’re working with likes you. And if they don’t like you they will tell you to your face that you should work elsewhere and give you a hard time with hours. Supervisors will not visit you for a whole month even when it is a new case with an aggressive client. And, if you lose a client you won’t know why you won’t get feedback. Supervisors don’t try and build rapport with technicians and it’s important for technicians to be their best and grow. You’ll get one raise after 6 months and then nothing even when you graduate and get your degree you will not get a raise.
