Pros

Everyone is so friendly! I felt so welcome on the very first day. Each person I have interacted with has been supportive and helpful. They have provided lots of opportunities to learn from them. I have been given great opportunities to gain extra certifications as well already

Cons

I wouldn't say there are any cons so far. Lots of people complain about pay, but community health care is not a place to get rich, it's a place to do good for your community. There are plenty of opportunities to make money in mental health elsewere. Also many people have complained about management. I think that really depends on the team you end up working with. they aren't all the same in a agency this big.

Pros

Having the opportunity to help most disadvantaged population. Decent benefit package (excluding wages).

Cons

Low pay, large case loads, mountains of paperwork as agency is funded by Medicaid funds. High employee turnover.,
