Supportive Leadership and a Truly Employee-Focused Culture
Pros
Supportive leadership, strong work-life balance, and a company culture that genuinely values employees. Management has been incredibly accommodating while I pursue my Bachelor’s in Social Work and has actively supported my professional growth. My supervisor is an excellent mentor who truly invests in employee success. Competitive pay for healthcare-experienced staff, paid commute time, flexibility, and a high level of trust/independence in the role. The CEO personally attends staff holiday events and the company goes out of its way to make employees feel appreciated, including covering hotels and transportation for long-distance staff attending events (such as their annual Christmas party). Communication has also improved significantly over time.
Cons
Facilitator hours can sometimes be limited depending on therapist/provider availability in certain facilities, which may make scheduling inconsistent for employees seeking full-time hours. This role is best suited for students, part-time workers, or individuals looking for flexibility.
