      Pros

      No training at all whatsoever. Gives a department worth of work to an employee and expect them to complete work tight deadlines. Favoritism.

      Everything. I would not recommend.

      None so so awful. Cannot think of any.

      Cons

      They overwork their employees. Toxic work culture where they give employees too much work, and make it your fault for all of it not being completed when too much work is given. Toxic managers, they see you as disposable and will fire you because of this. Stay far, far, away please. Everyone else just sits to snitch on you instead of saying positive things. Absolutely would not reccomend.
