Pros
In general, Behaviour is great to work at on a day-to-day basis. On almost all fronts, Behaviour is all about treating their employees right. Benefits are very good. An extremely strong vacation policy, decent rrsp matching, and a good insurance plan.
Cons
Recently, Behaviour announced a baffling return-to-office mandate. As a company built on treating employees well, this has come as a shock to all of us here, and the entire company is outraged. Behaviour has spent the last few years touting its full work from home policies, benefitting greatly from other studios' push to RTO. They have been recruiting, promising work from home is to stay. They have supported employees moving further from the office to improve their quality of life. And yet, they have decided to disrespect their entire employee base by breaking their promise and forcing those same people who were promised work from home forever (in some cases, mere months ago) back into an office. I anticipate a large talent drain over the coming months. Pay also seems to be below market level.
