Pros

Nice building! Nice parking! Great location. Some very talented people ... and some 'lessers' with power. Salaries are competitive and a good place to get some experience and move on.

Cons

There are embedded in this company some drags on competency. The company retains and supports some elements in management that are not competent. There can be situations in which retaliatory conduct transpires, known to management, that is tolerated. There can be conduct which is questionable which is tolerated.

Good pay, but not worth it if you value your career

Pros

The pay is decent, the leasing commissions are great and you also get paid a full 8 hours of work on weekends when you only work 6 and 4 hour shifts. The properties are all really nice looking.

Cons

They don't pay enough attention to what goes on at their properties because all they care about is the revenue. Corporate employees have no idea what they are doing in their own roles. It's hard to take people seriously when they say your job is super easy and you have no excuse to get less than a 90% on a shop when they've never even been shopped before. There aren't enough properties to expect to get a promotion.

Pros

The Marketing Department was a great place to work in. They gave me lots of room to explore and come up with new ideas. Great way to run a team allowing all the art directors to have input and then decide on a course of action and move on.

Cons

Too bad the rest of the company was not run the same way. Terrible communication to the point of telling everyone it was all sunshine and roses until it wasn't then management just didn't say anything until a huge chunk of the employees were laid off. Additionally, don't worry if you can't do the job they hired you for...just become buddy, buddy with a executive and you will be taken care of even if you can't do the job.
