* AUREX have Toxic work environment with lots of corporate drama and office politics, where egos and backstabbing is the main event. * No Job security, Skill and experience won't save you from the firing unless you are in the favourite list of Managers. * Work schedule is flexible like Day, night, weekends – Who needs sleep anyway? * Impress the Manager forget about talent,just make sure you're on the manager's good list.Managers will put forward personal issues and egos in work and will constantly show visible favouritism. * Heavy workload and no work-life balance guaranteed and will never value you efforts.They will try to hide it with providing workations and parties but and then will put more pressure on employees. * Managers always need someone to put the pressure and responsibilities on, they will never help the team to overcome any struggles instead they will accuse for everything.Managers will not accept their mistakes rather make the situations like its developer's issue. * New opportunities will be always given to the managers favourite ones and others have to always stay at same point and repeat same work everyday. * Top level management knows this political dramas and they are constantly ignoring it even if complaints.

Lack of leadership from the lead and project manager ,unnecessary accusation, too much unwanted pressure, those who have the ability for sugar coating can exist in the environment and hard workers will be punnished with lot of works and at end it will end up in termination.
