Poor Management Europe vs US culture clashes No direction, training, nor goals to understand where you stand with performance

There is a severe lack of structure Constant change in direction makes it seem there is a lack of one and makes it difficult to effect meaningful change Conditions on the manufacturing floor could use some improvement to boost morale and foster loyalty from the "work horses" of the company (Bathrooms - limited and unsanitary, heating and cooling during the extreme months, break room conditions)
