      Friendly folks but poor pay and benefitss

      I cannot think of any!

      Cons

      Every 6 months or so they make a "modification" to the sales commission structure - aka paycut. It is by far the worse compensation in the industry. Even if you are doing well and closing business etc you always feel like you are being punished for doing your job well. You can work anywhere else and make $.30/cents on the dollar extra.
