I have never had issues at any of my prior workplaces. While at Bekins, I worked in the Electronics Department so all views are reflected from experiences while there: •Bekins has some great employees, but it seemed that no matter how hard you worked, they still put all the focus on minor mistakes that were made, rather than the achievements accomplished. •There is no job security and you are micromanaged to the max with all busy work. •Leadership does not hold themselves accountable for any mistakes and failures on their part, but instead will place blame on those below them. •Very negative work environment, most employees enjoy the company until a few months in, turnover rate is not due to “being the wrong fit” it is due to the poor treatment of their employees. •Every minor or major mistake made is held against you by leadership. Job description is changed bi-weekly. •No matter the pay at Bekins it is not worth the negativity and treatment you receive from those around you and that you then place and believe about yourself. If you voice any concerns about the workplace it is told to everyone around you with no confidentiality. Everything you say is reported to higher management and kept on your record. Don’t waste your time entertaining employment at this company, like everyone else you will be looking for a new job shortly after. There are little to no morals from leadership at Bekins. I was asked 3 times on my last day after giving my 2 week notice to leave a positive review on Glassdoor. I can promise you that all negative reviews on here are truthful and commonly felt by all those employed or previously employed at Bekins.

Where does one start... Their idea of a review is to tell you all the things you did wrong through the year (which they do document everything you do wrong) and then tell you no raise will be given and call it construct criticism. The morals of management is atrocious, the constant berating and belittling to its employees is the lowest form of constructive criticism. Your employment is based on fear mongering and being watched to the point of paranoia. Not to mention their turnover rate reflects these reviews perfectly. Its extremely high. The management team has little control when it comes to decisions since the owner isinexperienced and extremely hard to work with. The owner would be happy to tell you, never went to college even though it's painfully obvious with miniscule social skills.
