Care about work-life balance Hold employees to a high performance standard Excel at customer service Provide regular feedback Good benefit options for full time staff, including extra elective options and a workplace chaplain I personally enjoy working for a company with Christian values and leadership Bekins is growing - it's great to work for a healthy company

Cons

Being held to a high performance standard, and receiving regular feedback on how to improve can sometimes feel negative - but overall it's great to not have to wonder how you are doing, you'll be told if you mess up.
