Pros

This isn't a bad place for recent grads. It's a way to get decent experience but you probably don't want to stay too long. The pay is ok but raises are nearly non-existent. Biggest pro is flexible hours.

Cons

It's all about the bottom line. No loyalty to the employee no mater how long you've been there. It's gotten worse after the company was sold to an investment firm and the new president started replacing the good managers with his cronies. Work is very repetitive and after a couple years it's best if you get out. There is almost no chance of advancement.

Pros

None. none none none none None. none none none none None. none none none none None. none none none none

Cons

An entire office was taken into a conference room and informed of an immediate shutdown ordered by corporate Belcan. 13 hard workers, management, analysts, and designers, were immediately unemployed. No early notice was given. No chairs were thrown, few words were spoken, a ghastly funeral procession ensued as intellectual property was destroyed, customer pipelines were destroyed (including current projects and data stored on-site).

Pros

Parent Company is Very good and Reputed Company in the US Flexible Working Hours

Cons

Lack of Professionalism and very Poor Leadership They don’t need Proactive people, they need reactive people (Who are like just follow orders) Parent company Belcan has really great principles But in Belcan India No Trust and No Transparency Only Top Management first (No importance for Project leads and Team Leads, In fact they can’t take any decisions) Neither passion nor purpose (No growth for Belcan India Center and also for employees) Neither performance nor Process driven but it’s more like a Person Driven Always there is lot of friction / resistance in bringing Transparent work Culture. Section Heads/SBU Leads are not employee friendly and they never maintain Transparency. So many employees left Belcan India because of this. Even after mentioning this issue in exit interview’s but no action taken by the Leader. I don’t recommend this company for working until there is change in Leadership of Belcan India. Many overheads for just 100+ people. Till now 75+ people left this Organization (Including the talent they fired recently) and present strength is around 100, so the ATTRITION RATE is almost 75% (Which is worst for an Organization, that too for a startup, which was started 4 years ago in India). They even fired at Jr.Engineer level (Who earns hardly 300$ per month). Is this really a cost cutting to the company? Any company will opt for Salary cuts first, there after fire its Overheads, but this Poor leadership fired the Execution level (The roots of Belcan and who are working hard from long term). Very recently even our HR-Leader resigned and left the organization because of this Poor Leadership Practices.
