Unclear communication between management and upper management on many occasions Career growth uncertainty between company restructuring - people unable to receive promotions due to company sales growth not meeting expectations, and people in fear of being laid off as it is Adding someone’s duties and responsibilities to an existing employee without proper compensation afterwards Lack of communication with higher ups and bureaucratic disagreements (or lack of decisions) that we have no power over to even bring up
