On working hours: Our standard expectation is aligned with business hours communicated during interviews. If your experience differed, that's something we want to understand better — it doesn't reflect the policy we set for our teams. On compensation and bonuses: We benchmark our pay regularly against market rates and strive to remain competitive. Bonuses are performance-based and clearly outlined — though we acknowledge we can do a better job setting expectations around timing and ranges upfront. On culture: We've built a team of 200 people across multiple countries, and our retention has been improving steadily. We won't claim to be perfect, but we are genuinely invested in making Belkins a place people want to stay and grow.
