Pros

Casual environment where people work hard, but fun is encouraged and you can bring your "real self" to work. Very approachable management team. A healthy culture where core values aren't just a placard on the wall - they are lived everyday. The work is engaging and I receive frequent feedback from my manager on ways to increase my contributions. The Company is transforming itself from a commodities to a marketing orientation through a systematic change and project management process. Bottom line, I've never worked anywhere else that I enjoyed this much!

Cons

Transformative change is hard work, so that is a challenge. The Company has a few hurdles to clear before it catches up in terms of the use of technology. However, there are definitely good strategies in place to make progress on all of the goals the Company has set.
