Pros

Great pay and good people to work for...I have worked for Bell Forklift for over five years now and I can't say enough good things about my experience with them. It is a family business and that's what I like about it the most. I am treated with the utmost respect by all of the employees and management. I couldn't think of a better company to be employed by.

Cons

I can not think of a single problem I have with Bell Forklift and its management. I'm looking forward to another five years with this company

co-worker cool weekends off pay ok

Cons

no vacation no sick days doing three person job family that owns it are the worst of all suppose to delivery parts to customer instead running erands for owner or one of his kids

Paycheck was always on time. The upstairs women's bathroom was clean and there was adequate parking.

Cons

Senior management was reluctant to use social media of any kind to boost sales and help with increase visability.
