      Pros

      Small non chain plumbing, heating, HVAC and remodel residential service company

      Cons

      Underpaid and appreciated for the amount of work being done. New owners do not visit the office to see how the business is run. Technicians lack respect for company-owned tools, inventory, and vehicles. Business moved towards a sales-first company and not a service-first company rather than sell them a new item than repair it.
