Pros

They make a great product.

Cons

Great place to work if your into drugs. A little bit of an employee review. I worked here for 8 months. During that 8 months I stayed quiet, reserved, and kept to myself most times. Reason for this is because you just cant trust random people these days. And after 8 moths of working here, Im extremely glad I never gave out my personal information to anyone or let them know anything about me in detail. During my 8 months here, I have realized this place is a huge drug hub. I have witnessed over 30 drug deals in the parking lot, and over 20 drug deals on the production floor itself. Not only that but I hace also recorded many hours worth of audio of people asking me if I want to buy drugs anywhere from weed to cocaine. On top of that, Ive got 17 short videos of drug deals taking place in their employee parking lot. I dont understand why this is happening here because they have security cameras throughout the entire place. Its as if they dont even check the footage. If im able to capture that much video of drug deals, it makes you wonder why nothing happens to these people working for them. Overall, they make a great product but the employee atmosphere sucks and its extremely dirty. Full of lazy people who dont know what the word "clean" means. If your into drugs and want to get away with it, apply at Bell Laborotories because they dont even do any sort of drug testing.

Pros

Bell is truly a gem within our business world caught up in the rat-race (pun intended). Bell genuinely cares about its employees - it has a very old-school feel when it comes to employee engagement including multiple events throughout the year such as picnics, cookouts, volunteering events, employee anniversary cake celebrations, bowling tournaments, holiday parties, etc. that you just don't seem to find anymore. Bell continuously strives to maintain its World Leader status in the industry by keeping up on the latest trends and technologies. This creates an environment that promotes new ideas and collaboration. As a growing company that has never seen a layoff, the opportunity within Bell is unmatched. In my position I have the advantage of watching employees grow and advance very quickly as we open all positions to our internal candidates first to allow advancement and growth from within. Overall, if you're a hard-working and driven individual who enjoys a welcoming culture, work/life balance and actually making a difference and having a voice within your company, Bell is the place for you.

Cons

Not much flexibility if you're hoping to work remotely.
