Pros

If you like to drink, the company pays your bar tabs.

Cons

Company is unorganized and you're legit on call 24/7. They will give you a schedule that says you have a Job next Tues. On Friday they'll buy your ticket but won't tell you until Monday morning when you've been there for an hour that your flight leaves in 3 hours so why are you still there? They'll also call you at 830 at night to tell you that you need to pack your bags because you have a flight at 5 am the next morning. They have 0 management skills.

Pros

Field Service manager will treat you very equal and fair provided you do the same. Dover, PA location is very friendly and helpful.

Cons

Upper management likes to micromanage and sometimes gets in the way of what is proper.
