Pros

You get tons of warm leads

Cons

Huge delays on commissions, and if you quit/terminated you lose everything that would've been paid past that date (no vesting). You get nominal commissions for the first 3-5 months because of the huge commission payout delays. Also extremely high churn on accounts so you lose a ton of potential commissions because the team doesn't deliver or scares the account away. Almost zero advancement opportunities for the local team. Benefits were same price as just buying them on your own, no retirement.
