Morale is the worst I have ever seen after several years of quarterly layoffs. There is too much emphasis on promoting very junior level employees with big egos. For this reason, much of the management utilizes intimidation to cover up their shortcomings since they weren't ready for those levels of responsibility. Cutbacks in quality controls and corrective action initiatives have led to a decrease in quality. Outsourcing has also been handled terribly and vendors seem to be more in control of the product than Bell. Finally, the poor implementation of a new ERP has led to tremendous losses due to decreased functionality.

Lack of sound business decisions from the top down. They claim the business is doing great, and we need to hire a lot of people, but then a few months later there are widespread layoffs. This happened almost annually during the length of my employment.
