Pros

Its just a job but not a career

Cons

when you have to ask your employees to go out to glass door and put positive things about your company out there that says a lot! when you see the CEO sending out an email asking you to put good things out there because you're trying to win new business and you want all the positive comments to show up first it is very alarming!

Pros

Free cold coffee but only on Friday. The company is to cheap to provide it everyday

Changing policy’s every day Management that have no clue what your job is Moving bar every day Management didn’t care about the clients they only care about the numbers and if they will get there bonus. Will let you go when you are up for a raise. No clear training New programs to fix every week with no guide how they work. You don’t learn about information technology.. you provide customer service and escalate the ticket to local it then get in trouble for escalating tickets on issues that you can not touch because they pull your admin writes then huff and puff when you can’t get the issue resolved. Allow people to gather their own property’s when you let them go... after you encourage employees to bring their own gear... management doesn’t care about your gear they will gather all your gear then pour coffee all over your possessions!!!! Hr will say everything is your fault and give you made up write ups to let you go.

Pros

I really enjoyed working with their biggest client. A great group of people. I'm glad they came to their senses and dumped Bell.

Cons

The work environment was so toxic. My manager was absolutely horrible. My entire team complained to the HR, but they never did anything because they were all friends with each other. Luckily, she left not too long after that. My former coworkers were back-stabbing. They would be nice to my face but then say horrible things about me behind my back. Bell Techlogix is extremely deceptive. I was supposed to be a dedicated resource for one client, but they had me working on multiple contracts. I am sure they billed me as a full time resource for each of them. I am not surprised that they lost their clients. Also, they had a really bad habit of over-promising and under-delivering. Their asset management tool, Remedy, was a disaster and management refused to spend money on a better tool. How can you expect to attract large contracts with that crappy system? Get with the times! The clocking in and out practice is so outdated. It's obvious that you don't trust your employees at all. Also, my hourly rate was so incredibly low. I went somewhere else and started out making DOUBLE what I was being paid at Bell Techlogix. I wasn't encouraged to grow or develop. My manager hogged all of the money for training. AVOID THIS PLACE. I am not sure if it is any better now, but leaving was the best decision I ever made!
