      They're trying...sort of

      Pros

      Good camaraderie between nurses, decent starting wage, opportunities to use clinical skills and judgement, variety of patients provides a range of clinical experiences, good PT and OT departments

      Cons

      Grossly understaffed both in Nursing and CNAs, company only cares about money as the bottom line, not working conditions or resident care, twenty (plus) patients per one nurse and aide (and night shift is often even worse)
