There was nothing bad at the moment

There were nice people but this one women was a total bully. Many good workers quit because of her egomaniac, micromanaging style. Almost everybody reported her to higher management yet nothing ever happened. She made people cry, angry, trauma even and nothing happens to her like she's untouchable. You can't work like a real person because she will tell you how to speak to business partners, proofread your emails before sending, over talked to you because all she can hear is her own voice. It's gross that everyone in that office can see it but can't do anything to her. Also people getting fired all the time lately.
