      A strong group of feild and plant employees. Profit sharing. Good reputation. Innovative products. Solid base of institutional knowledge.

      Cons

      Frequent disconnects between corporate and the divisional level. Lots of movement in the corporate office. A lot of emotional and reactionary decision making. Constistency is a struggle at all levels.
