Pros

Working here was enjoyable, managers are good and the owner visited the store fairly regularly. Great discount and allowance scheme Great commission and bonus scheme (PT sales associates are eligible for some bonuses even) Easy environment to move up to a team leader, asm, store manager

Cons

Not much opportunity beyond store manager level Little direction from head office which can lead to everyone guessing what should be done in some situations

Pros

The staff was very welcoming and always helpful. The hours are flexible. Very understanding company if you need to prioritize school over work or if you plan on going on a vacation. You start off with minimum wage but with additional commission, you can earn quite a bit. We also get a Christmas bonus at the end of the year.

Cons

None. I loved working for this company!
