Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your review and we were sorry to read your comments, particularly given the 4 years you have dedicated to our brand. We very much appreciate your feedback, it’s always very valuable and will be taken in to account to ensure each team members experience is as positive and engaging as can be. We genuinely appreciate that on occasion and frustratingly, during any career journey, the desired next step up doesn't always present itself but we hope you have taken away both positive experiences and enhanced skills from your time with us. We are proud of our passionate, enthusiastic and hardworking team of “Belstaffers” and we are very grateful for your contribution to this team. We wish you all our very best in your new role and please keep in touch with anything that you need now, or in the future.

Pros

Great rebate on Belstaff products

Cons

pathetically poor management, chaotic and non healthy work environment: - Management makes decisions on very short notice disregarding local laws, resulting in up to 12+ hours work days. - Necessary processes are missing or not through through - Nonfamiliar colleagues from other stores in other countries like to send away unpopular work to other stores. - No general rule is ever enforced throughout the company - Emails get ignore frequently when asking for assistance. - Very little help from management concerning problem solving. You are basically left alone to figure out what needs to be done and who needs to be contacted. - Belstaff has been bought and reorganised a few years back and old working processes have been thrown over board as it seems because the company now acts like a startup company, est. 1924! - Money is spent carelessly but wages are low and not negotiable. - Boasting a "customer is king" attitude but forcing the employees to - figuratively speaking - run a marathon on one leg. - Management is reacting very sensitively when it comes to emails and what is being said on the phone when in meetings e.g. while being very generous with accusations on a weekly basis. - When addressing issues to management, they only hear what they want to hear and take it negatively whereas they could use this feedback as an opportunity to improve things at Belstaff. - Respect for employees feels non-existent
