      Pros

      The job is very rewarding! It’s stressful to be sure, but worth it! The small teams leave a lot of room for quick improvement and fast promotion. A great place to get your into law enforcement.

      Cons

      Being a very small program, the work lord per officer is very heavy. Everyone is excited to carry well more than one persons work load. Under current working conditions we run one or two man short consistently.

      Positive transformation of office culture is still in progress, particularly related to gossip and complaining by individuals who are not interested in being part of the solution to difficult challenges.
