Engineering in house is a joke, great people and hard workers but they are so bogged down with red tape on everything that it takes them forever to get anything done.

Bonuses and raises are based on the deeply flawed review system so that everyone gets as minimal bonus and raise as possible but tells everyone its a great system because you can calculate your approximate raise and bonus anytime you want based on how well you think you did on the review.
