Co-workers are nice and the only thing that makes it tolerable.

Cons

Terrible executive management that is too worried with short term wins and goals that they fail to see the big picture and develop strategic partnerships. Business objectives constantly change which makes it impossible to accomplish and achieve goals. Poor communication and lack of basic office necessities such as paper plates, utensils and cream and sugar for coffee contribute to poor morale.

Strategy fails in leading team to the one same direction. None talent management. Values, mission and vision are great, but hardly applied.

Compensation way below industry standards and employee turnover is high. For some reason they would rather die than let employees work from home, even in a pandemic
