      the only thing good about working here is the money

      Cons

      it's a really toxic work environment and the management is very bad. they act like the Mafia to push workers away, and management gossip and spread false rumors to force you to quit. it's very discouraging.

      Pros

      The transit has been growing rapidly in the past few years to meet community growth, so there are opportunities for great jobs with potential for advancement. COVID-19 has been a challenge but the focus on employee health and safety, and the safety of the passengers has really demonstrated the heart of the organization - people are first.

      Cons

      There isn't a central downtown in this region and the communities are really spread out. The transit isn't as technologically advanced as those in bigger cities.
