      I always feel supported working at BenBella, and the work is interesting and rewarding. Great work life-balance Friendly people

      Upward mobility is slow-going and it can take two years to move up. Working from home can be tough sometimes, but for the most part, it is great.

      - With such a small team the workload can get very heavy at times - Pay is fair for publishing and raises are regular and merit-based, but not much opportunity for major salary growth
