Pros
The horses are the only good thing about this place.
Cons
Molly (owner) is a nasty, miserable woman. She doesn't care about her employees or horses. Horses are skinny and neglected. She doesn't care if employees are happy or even if they eat lunch. She only cares about money and has no business operating a ranch. Molly is incredibly disrespectful, dishonest, and rude to everyone she meets. She is the only reason I quit. Terrible management. DO NOT WORK HERE.

The daughter is great. The mom could care less about her employees. All she cares about is getting her money.
Cons
Expect to be treated like a child and not given any trust. No flexibility and the owner does not care about her farm, her horses (constant injuries), and certainly not her employees.
