This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to prove themselves in sales who can make a lot of money doing it. The corporate trainer is a great guy who truly cares about his employees. All the upper management can easily turn in to great friends that care and can be like family to you. There are some bad reviews about the company online, but that wasn't because of the company. That would have been the sales rep making poor moral choices. It truly is a great product that can truly help a business owner wanting to make a name for themselves in the community.

Cons

Dealing with negative reviews online The type of sale just wasn't for me. My attention span couldn't stay attentive 8 hours a day making 200+ calls each day where you must prospect and sell the person yourself.

Pros

They pay well, you make a salary and commission. If your selling you will get raises basically every month. Relaxed dress code, fun coworkers.

Cons

The pressure to sell is always on. If you hit a bonus they want you to hit the next one. They expect you to never settle and stay on you about it if you relax for a day. No time off.

Good designers and good art director. The design department is what keeps this company rolling. This job is ok for first time designers.

Cons

Under paid and under appreciated as a graphic designer, the sales department lies to the customers as well as doesn't give any detail to what they are really selling, they use Corel draw to design everything, no Adobe suite here, and this company doesn't seem to care about producing quality product for the client. Also they charge clients credit cards with out with notifying the client.
