Pros
Amazing work culture, flexibility and independence, good work/life balance, latest technologies, creative thinking, people are kind and smart. I really enjoyed working with great people.
Cons
I can not find a cons. I only have great memory and time while I was working on Benchon. Maybe I will go back to work there in the future.

Being a startup there is the opportunity to work on so many different projects and learn a broad range of skillsets.
Cons
The autonomy can be daunting and so you are required to work on your self management skills.
