Pros
I worked at Benchmark Games for almost 2 years. It was a terrific place to work. I loved the people, and the work. Management seemed to care about the employees. Benchmark was for me the best place I have ever worked. Unfortunately I had to move and no longer work there. I hope if I move back to the area they have an opening for me.. Improvements in the company while I was there were amazing. I loved the piece work some people did not but they were just to slow I guess for it to work for them.
Cons
Sometimes hectic with changes but I guess that happens everywhere. Had to work more hours sometimes than I wanted but thankful for the work.

Family owned business and was able to take time off if needed or emergency. Paid holidays. Match 401k

Some things happened there and some people got treated better then others.
