I worked with Benchmark for about 2 years back in 2004 and it was my first company and a break through in IT. I must say this is one of the growing organization where you do well, get recognized and rewarded by senior management. It was a very pleasant work environment. Good learning, good office culture, very close and transparent association with management, excellent boss and great team, satisfactory remuneration and company perks that were offered in my time.
