Pros
Plenty of opportunity to succeed if you take it upon yourself to do so. Lots of opportunity to embed yourself in industry. Industry takes you seriously. A lot of experience around, plenty of opportunity to learn. Many of those who were let go recently probably deserved it anyway. Wasn't asked to post this, I was curious about what people were saying and felt it was a bit-one-sided
Cons
Some of the personalities are difficult, but you get that anywhere you go.
