All of our corporate employees are either eligible for an individual monthly production bonus or a semi-annual bonus that is based on company and individual performance.
Our PTO policy allows for four weeks of paid time off after one year of service with us (17 for new hires). The policy accrues each pay period and rolls over at the calendar year if unused, maxing out at 1.5 times the annual accrual rate. Employees may begin using the time off once they accrue it and may go negative in emergencies or sudden illness.
In addition, we review base salaries on a regular basis with industry data to ensure our employees are compensated fairly with the market.
