Pros

Great staff at all levels. This is an honest and trustworthy company that truely puts patients first. It is a therapist owned company that still focuses on the patient while caring for each and every employee. I have worked for several other therapy companies and they do not come close in quality!

Cons

I think they should be in every SNF!

Enjoy working alongside my fellow therapy team

Cons

Employer only cares about productivity and meeting a certain quota. Forced to pick up patients when not deemed medically appropriate. Asked about a raise and essentially laughed at
