From the founders to the front-line staff, all are committed to making a difference in the lives of children and families. Bend has an employee base of like-minded professionals who are passionate about improving the landscape of behavioral health and ensuring all have access to quality behavioral health services. Great benefits and generous PTO, and a great place to work.

      A truly dedicated team from clinicians to engineers to leadership wanting to make a real difference in the lives of kids and families.

      If startup environment isn't for YOU, then perhaps a con. However if you like to strategize with intelligent colleagues , execute and pivot as needed without red tape slowing you down, this is the place to be .
