      Great people, great values! There is a lot of amazing work that goes on here and a lot of great minds. If you want to be challenged, be a part of an innovative company, and feel appreciated this is the place.

      Pros

      Talented amazing employees. Lots of opportunity within the company to explore new roles in different departments and grow your talents. Overall love all the people I work with. Opportunities to work out or play sports at lunch. (Soccer, frisbee, etc) Pay is good for central Oregon for entry level jobs.

      Cons

      Rapid expansion is causing some growth pains.
