      Good company with pretty good benefits. Lots of paid holidays.

      Cons

      Bonuses are small, maintenance does not get renewal incentives or bonuses at all for that matter.

      The people that work there are friendly for the most part

      Cons

      You are required to use your cell phone for work, and they pay you a whole $6 a month. You are required to drive your vehicle around the property, and to run errands, and they do not reimburse you for mileage.
